Mark is a music, concert, and film producer. Starting out logging tapes at Atlantic Records in 1979, Mark has since worked in every conceivable position in the music industry, had his own imprint label at Universal Music Group, produced numerous mega live events, served as executive director of Quincy Jones Productions, and collaborated with greats such as Michael Jackson, Pantera, Alicia Keys, Metallica, Ray Charles, and Stevie Wonder. Currently, Mark is co-founder with Sir George Martin of GrandMaster Music, a partner at Riptide Music Group, and founder and CEO of the Association of Creative Media Entrepreneurs.

George is the former president of Rykodisc, cofounder of TuneCore, cofounder of Music Audience Exchange, professor of music business/management at Berklee College of Music, and the founder of GHS, a strategic consulting firm that advises a wide range of clients on how to integrate technology with strategy to increase brand awareness and revenue through innovation, social media, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships. A partial list of his clients includes: Intel, NPR, CVS Pharmacy, Alticor/Amway, Brown University, Paste Magazine, SpokenLayer, SingFit, The Landmark School, BigchainDB, Wolfgang’s Vault, and the Townsend Group. Howard is a sought-after expert witness who has drafted reports for and testified in many high-profile cases. He also is a columnist for Forbes, and a frequent contributor to the New York Times and many other publications.

Bruce Waynne is a creative executive who is half of the Grammy Award-winning production duo MIDI Mafia, most notable for their production of 50 Cent’s number-one single “21 Questions”, Frank Ocean, Jennifer Lopez, John Legend, and Fantasia, to name a few. Bruce has developed and signed artists to major record labels like Electra, Atlantic, and SRC/Universal Motown. In addition to his work at 3HM, Bruce is actively educating creatives, and currently serves as Vice President of Transparence Entertainment Group, a music rights organization that identifies, collects, and distributes unclaimed sound recording performance royalties. He and his MIDI Mafia production partner also founded The MADE Series, a production music library in partnership with Extreme Music/Sony ATV.

Lucas Banker is an accomplished songwriter, producer, and creative executive who has written and/or produced songs for pop stars including Selena Gomez, Afrojack, Mike Posner, Big Time Rush, and Hedley, and has worked on projects with Diplo and Sting. Lucas attended the prestigious SAE recording institute in Amsterdam before working as Junkie XL’s right hand. He has written and produced songs heavily licensed in film trailers and movie soundtracks, and has developed and signed artists to major record labels like EMI and Roadrunner/Warner Music. In addition to his work at 3HM, Lucas is currently the Director of A&R at Riptide Music Group, a leader in the area of sync-licensing for television, film, advertisement, trailers and video games.
